Take advantage of the immediate Land Transaction Tax break on all property sales in Wales up to the value of £250,000 until 31st March 2021.

As of 8th July 2020, the chancellor announces a temporary break on the Land Transaction Tax for homes priced at £250,00 and under when purchased by the 31st March 2021 in Wales (this change in the rules will not apply to second homes or buy to let properties).

What does this mean for you?

The Land Transaction Tax break applies to both first-time buyers and those moving on from an existing  home.

This means anyone buying a property below £250,000 won’t need to pay Land Transaction Tax until 1st April 2021.
