First time buyers and commuters into London are just some of those likely to snap up 12 new apartments at Kier Living Eastern’s Connect21 development in Peterborough.
The latest phase of properties at the Potters Way scheme, which are due to go on the market in February, start from just £121,000.
With a mix of two bedroom apartments, called The Eames and The Eddison, this new collection complements the existing selection of homes, the vast majority of which are already sold and occupied.
Kier Living Eastern’s sales and marketing director David Thomas said: “Connect21 has proved to be extremely popular with buyers, and we’re sure this latest phase will be no different.
“With prices starting at just £121,000, Connect21 represents a perfect opportunity for first time buyers to get onto the property ladder. And with the railway station a five minute drive away, and journeys into London taking less than an hour, the development is in a fantastic location for commuters.”
He added: “Other Connect21 buyers have included people looking to downsize to a smaller home needing less maintenance. So it’s a development that suits lots of different kinds of people.”
Prospective purchasers can take advantage of the Help to Buy scheme, which is available on all properties at Connect21. Through this initiative, buyers looking to purchase a new home need just a 5% deposit and a Government loan of up to 20% of the property value. The loan can be repaid at any time, or on the sale of the property. Connect21 apartments and houses are also eligible under the Part Exchange scheme.
