Last house sold on Stortford Fields following chance encounter

Our Stortford Fields development in Bishop Stortford comprised of a collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes benefiting from a high specification and contemporary design, suited to growing families, downsizers and couples alike.

Homeowners started moving into the new homes in this development in 2019 and at the start of this summer 2020, only the show home remained.

Natalie Fulk, sales executive for the  Stortford Fields development sold the final house following a chance encounter – when she purchased some gym equipment from a couple locally. The gentleman was renting and looking for their dream property. Natalie mentioned the last home Stortford Fields and headed off with her new gym equipment

The gentleman decided to visit the development – having done some research on it, where it was and what it offers – and loved the final house and decided to buy it.

Natalie said “ I’ve worked in the show home for a year and I absolutely loved this home, I knew it inside and out. It was very satisfying  to see the last home sold and to such a lovely couple”

Mr Leigh says “Friendly staff and always quick to respond. Excellent communication from the sales executive right through from reservation, completion and post completion follow up. Cannot fault, well done Kier Living!

The next Kier Living site in the Essex area will be a site in Great Dunmow, consisting of 108 homes, a mix of private and sociable homes. Construction is due to start on site in 2023 and selling later that year.
