Kier Living has secured a number of prestigious awards since the start of this year. Three separate bodies have recognised the way in which Kier Living operates - with safety and customer service at the forefront - when delivering vital new homes across the country.
The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) has awarded Kier Living a Gold Medal Award, an accolade that is only presented to a company when it secures five or more RoSPA Gold Awards. In 2019, all regions within Kier Living won a Gold Award after submitting information and data that impressed the judging panels by clearly demonstrating the business had clear occupational health and safety management systems and culture in place.
The British Safety Council has also awarded a merit to Kier Living as part of its annual International Awards. These awards recognise health and safety excellence across all industries in over 50 countries worldwide.
In addition, the Western region within Kier Living secured an In-House Gold Award for customer satisfaction in March. A total of 94% of customers who legally completed on their homes from 1 January – 31 December 2019, said they would recommend Kier Living to a friend.
David Bridges, CEO of Kier Living, : “These latest awards recognise our commitment to delivering new homes safely and with a clear focus on meeting the needs of our customers.
“With all of our regions securing RoSPA Gold Awards, it underpins our consistent approach to safety across all of our sites and it is testament to our teams who over the last year have built new houses with such passion, skill and dedication.”
