The housebuilder has decked the halls of its Walford
show home to give prospective buyers an insight into what their new home could
look like as the teams get set to offer customers a great initiative that could
help them ‘Move For Free This Christmas’*
Through the initiative, buyers that reserve a
property at Meadow Croft on or before Sunday 1st December will
receive £1,000 towards legal costs and £3,750 for removals fees. They will also
have their stamp duty paid and will be given a £500 voucher from M&S. If customers
have an existing property to sell, the purchaser will receive £300 towards a
mortgage valuation, estate agency fees up to the value of £4,000 and £100
towards an Energy Performance Certificate.*
Yvette Christy, Marketing Manager from Kier Living
said: “Our ‘Move For Free This Christmas’ incentive is a fantastic present
indeed for our customers. We know how expensive moving to a new home can be, so
we wanted to spread a little festive cheer and help out.
“Our ‘Move For Free This Christmas’ campaign will
be of huge benefit to our customers, many of whom will be able to move into
their new home in time to celebrate the festive season.”
She added: “I’d urge any prospective buyers to
visit our marketing suite as soon as possible and speak to our sales team about
their options.”
Meadow Croft is a collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom
homes in Houghton Conquest, Bedfordshire, each carefully designed for a variety
of buyers including families, downsizers, couples and those looking to get on
