Jean and Cliff Camp chose a three-bedroom Bluebell property at the development after falling in love with the beautiful Therfield Heath beyond. “It’s just across the road, and we love walking through the open countryside,” said Jean, 72, a retired PA for English Heritage.
“Plus we can walk into town in ten minutes, which is great if we’re going out for a meal or are going to the doctor’s or the library. The railway station is also nearby for when we’re taking a trip into London.”
Jean explained that she and her retired aircraft engineer husband were keen to snap up a new build home due to the peace of mind it offers. “It’s modern and clean, and we know we don’t need to do anything to it,” she said. “It’s also really welcoming, with a beautiful garden which is perfect for our children and grandchildren to visit.”
“We just love it.”
Kier Living’s sales and marketing director David Thomas said: “We’re thrilled to hear how much Jean and Cliff are enjoying life in their new home at Jubilee Chase. It’s a wonderful development and we’re sure they will continue to be very happy here.”
Jubilee Chase is an exclusive collection of 30 detached and semi-detached homes ranging from three to five bedrooms. Prices start at £625,995.
