Kier Living Eastern welcomed guests to Ram Gorse Park, to enjoy a tea party in aid of its new charity partner, The British Heart Foundation (BHF). The housebuilder raised £750 for the charity, with more money pledged from its supply chain.
David Thomas, sales and marketing director at Kier Living Eastern, said: “It was wonderful to welcome everyone to Ram Gorse Park and raise money for such an amazing charity at the same time. We will be supporting the BHF for the next two years and we have many more fundraising and awareness events planned.”
“We’ve worked extremely hard to create an outstanding new community for Harlow and visitors were just as enamoured with it as we are.”
Ram Gorse Park is on Harlow Rugby Club’s former home and the club has moved to a new, state-of-the-art facility at Latton Farm as part of the development project. Kier Living Eastern will also support a number of new facilities in the area including a children’s play area, allotments, public art, park improvements and new healthcare facilities.
Ram Gorse Park is a collection of two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses within walking distance of Harlow Town Station, with prices for a three-bedroom home starting at £409,995.
Visitors can view three show homes at the development off Elizabeth Way, every day 10am-5pm. Incentives available may include Help to Buy*.
